Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at birdiebindery@gmail.com with pictures and a description of the potential damage or defect. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as these are handcrafted rebound books. All sales are considered final after purchase.
