All orders are packaged carefully to ensure protection during transit.

Additionally, all orders are made to order, so please allow 5-7 weeks for production before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, tracking will updated. 

Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Birdie Bindery LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, theft or incorrect address information provided by the customer. However, if your order arrives with defects or damage please review our 'Refund Policy'. 

Currently, Birdie Bindery LLC only ships within the United States and does not provide international shipping options.
